The demo tape was recorded in late 1991 by Varg Vikernes on a cassette recorder. December, probably.
Cover artwork performed in 1992 by Varg Vikernes to sell the demo tape in Euronymous' shop "Helvete"/"Hell" (Oslo, Norway). Occult symbol (the seal of A∴A∴ or "Argentum Astrum" or "Silver Star" - a magical organization established in 1907 by Aleister Crowley) taken by Varg Vikernes from a book he had. Local girl in Bergen wrote some type of logo for Burzum. Euronymous included more than just the three tracks from the first demo-tape.
Equipment used: pearl white Westone Pantera guitar X300 from 1986. Drum kit from Jan Atle "Padden" Åserød (the drummer of Old Funeral).
